Several weeks ago I dabbled with homemade hot cocoa.... It was good, but not worth all the trouble when you can just open a pack of diet swiss miss and its ready in a minute and a half. This past weekend the weather was CRAY! We had freeze warnings at night and then it would hit mid 60's during the day...
Cold weather makes me want hot cocoa and chocolate glazed KK donuts.
BUT
I fought the urge and reminded myself of BIKINIS!
{so I stared at these pictures like a freaking lunatic}

It may still be hot and summery here, but gosh those pictures have really tempted me to make a cup of cocoa, it looks so divine! In SA, cocoa is not as common as other countries, we drink mostly hot chocolate. How does one make a good cup of cocoa?

I actually drink a lot of hot chocolate, it's my favorite drink. I use unsweetened almond milk (35 calories a cup) some unsweetened Hershey's cocoa and brown sugar, just a bit of each, so good.
