You all know how I love to Pinterest, right? I was reading the other day about an easy at home micro treatment, so of course, I had to try it out RIGHT then. I forgot to take a before picture, but I promise there is a difference. (SORRY FOR THE GRAINY CELL PHONE PICS)

I was getting ready and had listerine in my mouth. |
3 teaspoons of Baking Soda
1 and a half teaspoons of Water
Stir until a paste forms. Apply to face in a circular motion, stay for 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

I sleep with olive oil in my hair every sunday night. I put a towel down on my pillow so it doesn't rub off. You shower and wash it out in the AM and wa-lah! Silky smooth hair :)
