I saw this on one of my friend's Facebook pages and she made hers for 3 BUCKS. She got everything from the dolla' stowe.
Well mine ended up costing $24...I purchased my supplies from Michaels, overpriced sons of.....
If you have time to do some price checking and running around-look for the best deals, I know I will next time.
SUPPLIES:
- Wreath
(styrofoam, cardboard cut out, which ever you want! you won't see it anyway.)
-Hot Glue Gun
(with extra sticks of glue)
-Yarn
(color of your choice)
-Embellishments
-Ribbon
-Ribbon
Start by placing your wreath about two inches off the counter.
Cut about a yard and a half a yarn (makes it easier) and add a dot of glue and start wrapping your heart out.
Add glue at the end of your yarn so it will stay in place, and do it over and over and over and over again.
Keep the plastic wrap on-makes it easier. |
After you get the hang of it, it will fly by!
I got a little ADHD and added the flowers when I was about a third of the way done. You can add them when you're completely done wrapping-its up to you!
Add the ribbon before you're done wrapping the yarn at the top. Just wrap around it.
BIZAAAM! DONE!
Now you've got the prettiest wreath on the block, unless you're on my block! (I kid, I kid)
xo,
Wow, very nice! x x
