At Home Microdermabrasion

You all know how I love to Pinterest, right? I was reading the other day about an easy at home micro treatment, so of course, I had to try it out RIGHT then. I forgot to take a before picture, but I promise there is a difference. (SORRY FOR THE GRAINY CELL PHONE PICS

I was getting ready and had listerine in my mouth.

3 teaspoons of Baking Soda
1 and a half teaspoons of Water

Stir until a paste forms. Apply to face in a circular motion, stay for 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

YOURE SEEING ME WITHOUT MAKEUP!

SHINY and SMOOTH!
Do you have any at home treatments that are amazeballs? Please do tell, don't be stingy!

  7. I sleep with olive oil in my hair every sunday night. I put a towel down on my pillow so it doesn't rub off. You shower and wash it out in the AM and wa-lah! Silky smooth hair :)
