I've gotten several emails over the past couple weeks asking, "What can I do if I don't have a gym membership?" One word. YouTube! Whatever you want to work on there is a video out there. I have several go to videos if I don't make it to the gym that day. Here are a few tips:
1. Comb through videos. (it'll take a while, but its worth it)
2. Make a schedule i.e
-Monday: Shoulder and back
Tuesday: Legs and Booty
Wednesday: Arms
So on and so forth...
3. Don't forget your cardio
(Turn on the music and jig for a half hour, run your neighborhood)
4. Ladies for weights use whatever you have.
- Can of beans
-Bottle of water= ONE POUND (16 oz)
Here is a video, that I found this morning, on making a lean machine stomach!

Great tips! Personal trainers may also have their own websites and those are good for quick tips and videos sometimes too. I really like Nike Training Club (free iPhone app). There are a ton of cool targeted 15 minute drills that are great.

These are awesome tips. When my babykins is crying and I'm trying to work out, I'll use him as a weight and do bicep curls :) haha. I'm a big fan of slim and 6 DVDs at home.
